CREATIVE STRATEGY + BRAND DEVELOPMENT + IDENTITY + PUBLICATION DESIGN + COPYWRITING

In Nashville’s Metrocenter district, where the skyline sharpens and the river bends, Knox was built for the next generation of professionals finding their rhythm between work, nightlife, and the first signs of adulthood.

The design needed to speak his language—engineered, grounded, self-assured. Copper foil and blueprint textures gave the identity an industrial edge softened by precision and restraint. The logo itself drew from architecture and geometry: structured, balanced, quietly confident.

From stationery to leasing guides, every element echoed craftsmanship and control, like a blueprint for a life in motion. Knox became the space between college and career—less apartment complex, more rite of passage.

Built for the man becoming.

Blueprints for modern living.

Designing Knox was about finding elegance in machinery—where structure meets soul. It would’ve been easy to chase the clichés of Nashville’s country identity, but Knox called for something quieter and more architectural.

We built a visual language that balanced precision with warmth, metal with movement. The result was a space that felt engineered yet human, a reminder that even in the most industrial frameworks, there’s room for grace.
